Where is the location of the Secretariat Room at the Venue? The Secretariat Room will be located at the Heleconia Room, at the 2nd Floor of the Bali International Convention Center. It is accessible to all delegates for internet facilities and any other business arrangements, and will be in operation from 14 February 2012 to 18 February 2012 from 09:00 a.m. to 06:00 p.m. The Secretariat Room will provide the following facilities:

Airport Facilities Transportation from the airport to the hotel of the General Assembly as well as from the venue hotel to the airport for the registered delegates will only be provided during the dates of 14 February 2012 up to and including 19 February 2012. |

How Delegates Plan For Their Trip If They Want To Participate in the ALA Golf? The ALA Golf Tournament will be held on Wednesday, 15 February 2012 at the Bali Nirwana Golf and Country Club. Golfers will be expected to arrive on Tuesday, 14 February 2012. |

Immigration & Visa All international delegates must ensure that their passport are valid for at least 6 months from the date of arrival and have valid return ticket to their home countries. |

Delegates from countries with visa-on-arrival (VoA) facility will have to go to a special counter to have their passports stamped with the VoA before going to the immigration clearance desk. The cost for VoA is USD 25 (twenty five US Dollars) for a 30-day stay. The period of stay counts from the day the visitor arrives in the first international airport/seaport in Indonesia. Delegates with a visa-free facility will be able to proceed directly to the immigration clearance counter after deplaning. Delegates are eligible to enter and remain in Indonesia without visa for 30 days upon the day of arrival. Arriving delegates with VoA or Visa-Free facility will be asked to show a return ticket at immigration desk when immigration clearance is taking place. |
