INTRODUCTION
The terms and conditions herein applies to all parties and/or delegates having registered itself through the www.ga-ala2012.com website.

Delegates are individuals who register and pay to participate at the 11th General Assembly of the ASEAN Law Association. Delegates will get a special rate when registering and paying before 20 January 2012 or any other date to be informed by the Organizing Committee of the 11th General Assembly of the ASEAN Law Association.

PURPOSE
The purpose of the items mentioned below is to delineate the registration process and the relationship between the Delegates and the Organizing Committee of the 11th General Assembly of the ASEAN Law Association, i.e.: as from the point of charging, providing personal data until payment and re-registration process at the venue of the 11th General Assembly. This terms and conditions serve to define all the steps required to complete a request for registration through the www.ga-ala2012.com website and to formulate the agreement between both parties.

REGISTRATION
Delegates may register to the ALA 11th General Assembly by providing information relating to their: (i) Personal Data; and (ii) Credit Card Data. Once a Delegate has completed and confirmed the payment page, a Delegate shall be deemed as having fully accepted the price, terms and conditions of the www.ga-ala2012.com. The registration fee is non-refundable.

REGISTRATION PROCESS
Registration and payment by credit card that has been successfully made by a Delegate will be notified via email.

PAYMENT
Payment can be made by bank transfer, cash or credit cards. Cash payment can only be made on-site or by visiting the Secretariat of the 11th General Assembly of the ASEAN Law Association. For transfer payments, the registration is considered valid after the payment has been received in the designated bank account of the 11th General Assembly of the ASEAN Law Association. The Organizing Committee of the 11th General Assembly of the ASEAN Law Association do not have any access and do not store any data of any payment, direct payments processed by the bank. Delegates must therefore keep and save their proof of payment or proof of transfer at all times until they have re-registered themselves at the conference-site.

For transactions using a credit card, Delegates are required to complete a certain payment form. If the transaction has been successfully made, a receipt of payment will be sent by email to the respected Delegate based on the data provided by the Delegates after the payment process has been completed. Always keep proof of payment at any time.

PRICE
All prices contained on the website is in USD and if necessary will be multiplied based on the Indonesian Rupiah exchange rate of Rp. 9.000,-. Delegates are encouraged to make their registration through the www.ga-ala2012.com website. When Delegates have completed the payment process, they will automatically be deemed as having expressed their agreement on the price and terms specified.

COMPLETENESS
All terms and conditions stated in the Registration and Payment forms are the conditions governing the registered Delegates to the 11th General Assembly of the ASEAN Law Association. The Organizing Committee of the 11th General Assembly of the ASEAN Law Association 2012 reserves the right to change the terms and conditions.
